With more than 20 years of experience in the construction business, Thair Patrick Hanaway, is one of the founders and sole owner of Neighborhood Commercial. Experienced in both residential and commercial construction – including site development – he oversees all aspects of Neighborhood Commercial and it’s subsidiaries. Ranked in the Top 200 Remodeling Companies in the Country by Remodeling Magazine in 2017 five years running, Neighborhood Commercial, under Thair’s direction, continues to provide the highest quality of service to its clients.
A graduate of Oglethorpe University and a veteran of the United States Navy, Thair is a Certified Residential Light Commercial Contractor (Georgia), IRC Certified Builder and a former member of the Atlanta Home Builders Association. Married and a father of two, Thair Hanaway is active in the Atlanta community.
